The Artist
Elaine Clapper is an artist from Bellville, Ohio.
After teaching art for 32 years, which I thoroughly enjoyed, it is time for me to enjoy my own studio. I am a 1976 art education graduate of Bowling Green State University, Ohio, earning my masters degree from the Ohio State University in 1988. My last teaching position (Lexington High School), for more than 20 years, allowed me to teach mediums on the opposite ends of the art spectrum. I taught ceramics as well as digital art with Adobe Photoshop - "mother earth and cyber space" Both areas are personal passions. I thank all my students over the years for sharing their creativity over the years. It has strengthened my passion and skill with my own artwork. It is my hope you will enjoy the artwork in your home as much as I enjoyed creating it.
